Backordered items are currently out of stock with our suppliers, and we do not have an estimated restock date. Once the item becomes available, we will promptly ship it to you.

To edit your account information, please click on the ‘My Account’ link located at the top right-hand side of our website.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically before you finalize your payment. After adding items to your cart, proceed to the Checkout page where you will see available Shipping Method options along with their respective prices.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

For details on the availability of each item, please refer to the respective product pages. After placing your order, you can track its status by clicking on the ‘My Account / Order Status’ link located at the top right of our site. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking information within 24-48 hours.

To set up an account, click on the ‘My Account’ link located at the top right of our site. When creating your account, please provide your shipping address details, including your country. If your country is not listed in the available countries dropdown menu, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to your country at this moment.

At checkout, you can select from our available payment methods to complete your order. Please be aware that we will only dispatch your order after receiving your payment.
