- Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned, or sold.
- No rain checks are available.

- Shipping charges and other fees are not covered unless stated otherwise.

4. Price Points and Payment Options:
- Prices on the Guns.com Site are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. The price for a product or service will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed and will be detailed in the order confirmation email. Any price adjustments will only impact orders made after the changes. Taxes and shipping fees are not included in the posted prices and will be added to the total amount. While we aim for accurate pricing information, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to rectify any such errors and cancel orders resulting from them. The information provided about products on the Guns.com Site is an invitation for customers to make an offer, not a binding offer.
- Occasionally, we may have promotions on the Guns.com Site that could impact pricing and are subject to separate terms and conditions not covered in these Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between the promotion terms and these Terms of Use, the terms of the promotion will take precedence.
- Products will exclusively be shipped to the credit card owner or the account holder of the payment method used for the purchase, without any exceptions.
5. Shipping and Delivery:
- By ordering products through the Guns.com Site, you guarantee to Guns.com that the products can be shipped, delivered, sold, and received by you in the specified jurisdiction in compliance with all laws. It is your responsibility to adhere to all relevant laws, including local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
- armoryusa.com will coordinate the shipment of ordered firearms to a nearby dealer or another FFL dealer of your choice. If selecting a non-Guns.com authorized FFL dealer, they must provide satisfactory evidence of a valid FFL license to Guns.com. Please refer to the product page for detailed delivery options. The buyer is responsible for all specified shipping and handling fees during the ordering process, which cover the expenses incurred in processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivering the order.
- Additional fees may apply to bulk orders in accordance with the prevailing shipping policy at the time of purchase.
- Free Shipping promotions are not valid for Bulk Orders or Expedited Shipping orders. The minimum purchase threshold to qualify for free shipping does not encompass firearms processing fees or taxes.
6. Protection of Packages:
- If a customer files a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged package with armoryusa.com Package Protection and armoryusa.com confirms that the issue occurred during shipping, Guns.com will decide whether to replace the item(s) with the same product(s) or provide a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will cover the item’s purchase price, along with applicable shipping, taxes, and fees, but will not include the cost of the Package Protection coverage itself. In the case of a damaged product upon delivery, the customer must inform armoryusa.com within 24 hours. armoryusa.com may request photographic evidence of the damage to assess refund eligibility and may ask for the return of the product following the guidelines in Section 6.
7. Returns and Refunds
- armoryusa.com accepts returns of Non-Certified Used Guns and Guns purchased through the armoryusa.com Site from an FFL Dealer in the armoryusa.com network with mechanical defects for a full refund if the return is requested within 3 calendar days of the physical transfer of the gun to the Buyer. The gun must have been used properly and returned in its original condition. After the 3-day period, all sales are considered final. This Returns and Refunds Policy is provided by armoryusa.com, and product returns should be sent directly to Guns.com. Buyers must contact armoryusa.com within 3 calendar days of the physical transfer to request a return shipping label and RMA number.
- armoryusa.com does not accept returns for: (i) defects or malfunctions caused by careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, failure to follow correct assembly and disassembly instructions; or (ii) use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use, as determined by Guns.com in its discretion. This policy takes precedence over Guns.com’s Returns and Refunds Policy and Certified Used Guns return policy.
- Buyers must contact armoryusa.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number in order to return guns. armoryusa.com will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
- armoryusa.com does not assume title or risk of loss for returned guns until the gun has been received at the armoryusa.com facility.
- The terms and conditions in this section take precedence over all Dealer return, refund, and warranty policies.
8. Disclaimers
- When used incorrectly, firearms can pose a danger. By purchasing a firearm through the Guns.com Site, you agree to adhere to all safety instructions provided by the manufacturer and to use the firearm safely, in designated areas, and only for lawful purposes.
- armoryusa.com does not accept any responsibility for product defects, malfunctions, physical injury, or property damage. This includes incidents resulting from criminal or negligent use of a product, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective or improper ammunition, buyer abuse or neglect, or other factors beyond Armoryusa.com’s direct control. By making a purchase, the buyer releases Armoryusa.com from any liability in such situations.
- You acknowledge that Guns.com is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any breach of warranty claims or for any damages resulting from the manufacturer’s failure to fulfill its warranty obligations to you.
- By acknowledging that handling, cleaning, or discharging a gun, ammunition, or ammunition components may result in lead exposure, you hereby release Guns.com from any liability and assume full responsibility for any consequences related to lead exposure.
9. Liability Limitations:
- Exclusion of Damages. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, armoryusa.com will not be held liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, arising in any way in connection with these Terms of Use, the products, or the use, or inability to use, the armoryusa.com site. This holds true even if Guns.com has been informed of the potential for such damages.
- Liability Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, armoryusa.com ‘s total cumulative liability for damages related to the products, these Terms of Use, or the armoryusa.com site (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will be capped at, and will not exceed, the amount paid by the buyer to armoryusa.com for the specific product associated with the claim or $1,000, whichever is lower.
- The aforementioned exclusions and limitations will be applicable irrespective of whether any remedy fails to fulfill its fundamental purpose.
10. Term and Termination:
- Term of Agreement. Upon acceptance of these Terms of Use (whether through clicking “I Accept,” participating as a User on the armoryusa.com Site, or expressing your agreement by any other means), you are bound by and subject to these Terms of Use until the conclusion of your participation as a User on the armoryusa.com Site.
- Termination. You may terminate your account with armoryusa.com at any time from your account settings. Similarly, armoryusa.com may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the armoryusa.com Site any time and for any reason, without advance notice. You do not have a contractual right to continue using the services offered through the armoryusa.com Site.
- Survival. These Terms of Use will remain in effect even after your account is terminated or your use of the armoryusa.com Site ends.
